Postpartum Recovery & Return-to-Sport
Most women don’t realize there are safe and effective practices to aid in recovery and healing before the standard 6 week OBGYN appointment. This window is a critical time to bond with your baby, establish milk supply (if breastfeeding), rest, and also get reacquainted with your pelvic floor and abdominal wall.
Past the immediate postpartum phase and looking to get back to your favorite activities or sports? I’m here for that too. The good news is it’s never too late! And remember - whether you are a fresh mom or those newborn days are a distant memory, you are still postpartum!
