My goal is to transform the postpartum recovery experience by providing the missing link between baseline rehab and full return to an active lifestyle. This starts during pregnancy by laying strong groundwork for improved maternal and infant health outcomes, and quicker recovery postpartum.

My clients receive a thorough initial assessment to evaluate strength, mobility, ROM, and discuss goals. Personalized 1:1 training sessions will follow, anywhere from several times a week to once every 2-4 weeks depending on your status, schedule, and goals. I also provide custom exercise plans for you to complete on your own in between our sessions!

I am based in the Wood River Valley, and I bring my evaluation tools and exercise equipment to your house when we meet in person. Based on the season, we can also meet outside for workouts (weather permitting)! It’s recommended but not required that you have a gym membership to complete your workouts between sessions.

Yes, I offer remote services in addition to in-person sessions for my clients in the Sun Valley area.

Anyone self-motivated and eager to improve their health and fitness! I love working with clients who are excited to exercise but may not know how to do so safely or effectively while in the pregnant or postpartum phases.

It’s flexible! We can work together until you feel your goals are met and you have the confidence to structure your own exercise as you see fit.

There are many great healthcare practitioners in our valley, including OBGYNs, pelvic floor therapists, midwives, doulas, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and more. I am happy to refer out to the appropriate provider when indicated and feel a team based approach is generally optimal.
